When you have "loyalty points" you need to convert them to a "Voucher" before you can use them. 

IMPORTANT : The "voucher" created will not start untill 14 days after creation. The reason for this is due to postage and possible returns on items (and previous items) bought

 PLEASE NOTE : not all vouchers are "Cumulative" (cannot be used with other vouchers), on the "Your vouchers" page it will tell you your voucher status

If for some reason you would like us to change this (we can do this on certan items only) give us a call on 01392 211246 stating your name, voucher code (generated from your points), and email address.
